📋 Description

• Edit 3 to 4 videos per day, with an estimated volume of up to 20 videos per week, currently serving 3 to 4 agency clients • Adapt formats, pacing, and visual language to different social media platforms • Create and apply motion graphics, captions, transitions, images, and other visual elements • Edit real estate videos, showcasing properties, spaces, and their unique features • Ensure visual consistency and high-quality finishing across deliverables • Organize daily tasks and meet agreed-upon deadlines • Incorporate feedback and maintain proactive communication regarding editing progress • Produce dynamic videos with polished visuals and a strong focus on audience retention

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in video editing, demonstrated through a portfolio with strong technical and visual quality • Practical knowledge of motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual composition • Ability to edit real estate videos • Ability to produce dynamic and engaging content for social media • Organization, attention to detail, and discipline when working remotely • Availability to handle a recurring volume of deliverables • Video editing portfolio featuring motion graphics examples and, if available, real estate projects • Brief introduction outlining your experience and the software you use • Working language: Portuguese
