• Fluent English • Full-time availability • Advanced Meta Ads experience • Proven gray-hat media buying experience • Experience in betting / gambling / crypto verticals • Experience scaling large budgets • Strong creative testing & optimization skills • Ability to maintain stable CPA while scaling • Comfortable operating in affiliate CPA models • Crypto-friendly
