📋 Description

• Design, develop and operate scalable AI/ML models and pipelines • Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions • Develop processes for data preprocessing, feature engineering and model training • Integrate AI models into existing software systems and platforms • Conduct experiments and evaluate performance, quality and stability • Take responsibility for the entire ML lifecycle: data → training → deployment → monitoring • Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code • Work closely with software engineers, product teams and other stakeholders • Actively engage with new developments in AI, machine learning and applied research

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a comparable technical background • Proven experience as an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer • Excellent programming skills in Python • Practical experience with common ML and data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and software engineering principles • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and technical depth • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team
