📋 Description

• Preparation of forecasts, reports and presentations, as well as ad-hoc evaluations and analyses for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board • Preparation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and quarterly projections • Medium-term planning for group companies domestically and internationally • Preparation of the 3-year plan • Preparation of the cash flow statement and related financial metrics as part of the annual financial statements (HGB) • Participation in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under HGB/IFRS • Establishment and further development of controlling, KPI systems and financial reporting according to HGB/IFRS • Point of contact for external queries from auditors at home and abroad

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, or a comparable commercial qualification with further training as a certified balance-sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) • Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, preferably in an international company • Leadership/management experience • Structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Experience with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Experience with DATEV or equivalent accounting software desirable • Good written and spoken English skills
