📋 Description
• In this position you are the central point of contact for Mobile Device Management in educational institutions: • Administration and further development of MDM environments for iOS and Android devices • Supporting schools and school authorities with setup, rollout and support • Creating configurations, policies and workflows for secure device management • Analyzing practical requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Close collaboration with support, development and educational stakeholders • Contributing to the ongoing development of an MDM solution that is used daily in classrooms
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (e.g., Apple School Manager, Android Enterprise, Intune or similar); development experience is a plus (PHP experience desirable) • Good knowledge of the iOS and/or Android ecosystems • Enjoyment of support work and collaborative partnership with educational institutions • Strong problem‑solving skills, good self‑organization and a drive to genuinely improve things • Enthusiasm for digitally empowering schools and shaping modern learning environments
