📋 Description
• Requirements analysis and creation of a requirements document. Capturing and structuring functional and technical requirements. • Customizing existing applications as well as developing new functionality and interfaces. • Ensuring software maintainability and performing developer tests. • Estimating implementation effort. • Preparing and handing over operations and development manuals.

• Experience with: BMC Digital Workplace Advanced • BMC Helix • BMC Helix ITSM Suite • Active Directory
