📋 Description

• Obtain new business and customer expansion sales opportunities from Executive-level buyers and influencers in private or publicly traded companies in Mexico • Focus on a specific portfolio of Workiva governance, risk, and compliance solutions • Collaborate with other Workiva sales teams to deliver multi-solution sales • Establish connections and identify Workiva solutions and services aligned with customer needs • Facilitate customer acquisition within a specific territory • Drive sales growth through new customer subscriptions, professional services, delivery, and training • Seek sales opportunities with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified pipeline • Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling Workiva platform demonstrations • Address customer objections and solve client challenges • Lead sales processes to close by showcasing Workiva's value proposition • Update CRM tools with customer contacts • Analyze pipeline and provide accurate forecasts • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure sales • Rally internal support and optimize internal resources for accounts • Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through • Maintain strong knowledge of Workiva products through ongoing training

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of sales experience in a related role, selling to Executive-level buyers in enterprise technology, SaaS, or similar complex solution sales • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in a related field • Fluent in English and Spanish • Understanding of the SaaS business model • Experience selling to Financial Services customers • Ability to demonstrate complex software applications • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business issues • Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level • Ability to identify and understand influencers versus buyers and navigate sales-cycle nuances • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously • Ability to negotiate pricing while retaining value • Capability to achieve and exceed sales quota targets • Up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events • Reliable internet access required when working remotely outside a Workiva office
