• Realizar el análisis de los requerimientos de reclutamiento y selección • Publicación de avisos de reclutamiento • Recepción y filtro curricular • Coordinación de entrevistas de evaluación con los candidatos preseleccionados • Aplicación y análisis de pruebas psicológicas y chequear referencias profesionales • Coordinación de la entrevista de selección con el área cliente del proceso • Mantención continua de las bases de selección y reclutamiento de candidatos
🎯 Requirements
• Titulado de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Adm. de Empresas o Ingeniería comercial • Experiencia en Reclutamiento y Selección
