📋 Description

• Verantwortung für stabilen und effizienten Betrieb der IT-Services für Kunden • Entwicklung von Betriebs-Konzepten und Automatisierungen • Aktualisierung der Betriebsdokumentation • Bearbeitung von Tickets in der ITSM-Lösung • Durchführung interner und externer Schulungen

🎯 Requirements

• Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb und mit ITSM-Prozessen • Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien sowie in der automatisierten Verwaltung von Infrastruktur • Grundverständnis von Source-of-Truth-Konzepten • Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Dokumentation und Konzeptentwicklung • Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools (z. B. Ansible, Python, REST-APIs, PowerShell, Bicep etc.) • Bereitschaft zur Wissensweitergabe und Schulungsdurchführung • Arbeitsfähigkeit im Homeoffice • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
