📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in French and English • Provide accurate, complete and timely information in response to customer requests • Assess customer needs, offer appropriate solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction • Manage order queries, product information, billing questions and general account support • Document interactions and update internal systems with clear and detailed case notes • Escalate complex issues to specialist teams according to established procedures • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve cases efficiently • Maintain quality standards, meet performance targets and follow company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in French and good command of English (B2 or above) • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving abilities • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn • Eligible to work in Bulgaria
