📋 Description

• Provide real-time interpretation between Cape Verdean Creole and English • Facilitate communication in sectors such as medical, legal, and customer services • Ensure accurate and complete translation of spoken information • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Handle calls and interactions in a structured and efficient manner • Adapt communication style depending on context and audience • Work with internal tools and systems to manage interpretation sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Cape Verdean Creole and English (C1/C2) • Strong listening, communication, and interpretation skills • Ability to remain neutral and professional in sensitive situations • High attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment • Basic computer skills and ability to handle digital tools • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
