📋 Description

• Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs • Perform hands-on configuration within SAP FS-PM (Financial Services – Policy Management) • Work closely with architects, developers, and business teams throughout implementation • Guide technical teams on enhancements, custom development, interfaces, and data migration • Support light development activities where required, including debugging, enhancements, and rules configuration • Ensure alignment across product configuration, policy lifecycle processes, and surrounding systems • Support integrations between SAP solutions and external platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FS-PM • Proven experience in solution design and functional architecture • Solid FS-PM configuration experience • Strong understanding of insurance processes, ideally Life and/or P&C • Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions • English C1 • ABAP knowledge, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, or enhancements, is an advantage • Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations is highly desirable • Experience in the SAP Fioneer ecosystem is a strong advantage • Previous experience in large-scale transformation programmes • Ability to work independently within a senior, client-facing consulting environment
