📋 Description

• Prepare and render invoices to sponsors and clients for services, pass-through cost reimbursements, and grants • Acknowledge payments received from clients • Assist with timely preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of billing, accounts receivable, and related reports • Review and analyze billing and accounts receivable reports • Review expense claims containing costs assigned to clients and corporate needs • Ensure compliance documentation for pass-through expenses meets internal policies and client requirements • Identify process gaps and expedite resolution in consultation with the supervisor • Assist with annual corporate external audits and statutory corporate tax filings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a numerate discipline preferred, or a degree (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of working experience in finance or accounting • Advanced knowledge of financial software applications and databases • Relevant ERP experience ideal • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications • English language proficiency • Strong organizational and self-motivation skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Understanding of business best practices, process improvement, and internal controls • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to use initiative and work independently • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of management • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
