📋 Description

• Work with the Project Management Team to accurately record actual units and corresponding value completed monthly • Forecast future units and revenue accurately with the Project Management Team • Analyze actual hours and costs versus budget to ensure profitability • Review projected resource assignments against forecasted work • Ensure invoices are raised as soon as applicable • Monitor total project cash position, including services, PTCs, grants, outstanding invoices, and advances • Record financial data accurately in required systems • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support year-end and interim audit processes • Support the Change Order process by recording scope changes and reviewing/approving Change Order budgets and payment schedules • Stay current with local and global revenue regulations • Provide accurate, timely client reporting aligned with client requirements • Work on projects and specialty areas as agreed with Lead/Senior Project Analysts • Escalate financial concerns through appropriate routes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year equivalent degree • Strong analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • English language proficiency • Understanding of project financial aspects from Study Award to Project Close Out • Familiarity with revenue recognition on a percent-complete basis • Ability to create financial presentations and communicate them to non-financial coworkers and clients • Ability to influence and challenge as required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred work experience in business or finance • Ability to work independently and demonstrated competency are considered for progression
