📋 Description

• Lead strategic, multi-phase programs involving infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, data center migrations, and enterprise hosting • Oversee program-level planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams and stakeholders • Partner with leadership, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to deliver business-critical outcomes • Manage high-complexity projects with broad scope, significant risk exposure, and cross-functional dependencies • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, program roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards • Facilitate SLT-level communications, steering committee updates, and executive escalations • Champion continuous improvement, agile adoption, and delivery excellence across the project lifecycle • Mentor and coach junior project managers • Lead enterprise, customer-facing infrastructure delivery programs with contractual, SLA, and financial accountability • Ensure predictable, on-time delivery of complex infrastructure implementations while driving continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 12 years of project/program management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or cloud environments • Proven success leading enterprise-scale programs with global impact • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Flexibility to work in any shift as per project requirements • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification required • Advanced understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project/program management methodologies • Expertise in project and program management, resource planning, and financial tracking • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Power BI • Strong analytical skills for assessing project health, forecasting risks, and driving data-informed decisions • Ability to influence technical and non-technical teams, including C-level stakeholders • Deep understanding of cloud computing, networking and security, virtualization and storage, Windows/Linux operating systems, databases, and backup solutions
