📋 Description

• Manage the financial health of projects • Work with Project Management Teams to record actual units and corresponding value monthly • Forecast future units and revenue • Analyze actual hours and costs versus budget to ensure profitability • Review projected resource assignments against forecasted work • Ensure invoices are raised promptly • Monitor total project cash position, including services, PTCs, grants, outstanding invoices, and advances • Record financial data accurately in required systems • Ensure audit compliance and support year-end and interim audit processes • Support Change Order processes by recording scope changes and reviewing or approving budgets and payment schedules • Stay current with local and global revenue regulations • Provide timely, accurate client reporting • Work on projects and specialty areas as agreed with Lead/Senior Project Analysts • Escalate financial concerns through appropriate routes • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year equivalent degree • Strong analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Ability to influence and challenge teams when required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • English language proficiency • Understanding of project finances from Study Award through Project Close Out • Familiarity with revenue recognition on a percent-complete basis • Ability to create financial presentations and communicate them to non-financial coworkers and clients • Responsibility for self-learning • Preferred work experience in business or finance
