📋 Description

• Lead study start-up and site activation activities for assigned projects as the primary point of contact and accountability • Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete site activation milestones on time, within scope, and within budget • Drive collection, tracking, analysis, and management of essential study documentation and site activation deliverables • Support site qualification, selection, feasibility, and site identification activities • Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to sponsors, project leadership, and internal stakeholders • Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans • Monitor budgets, track out-of-scope activities, and support change order processes • Establish and interpret site activation metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements and corrective actions • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, SOP development, training activities, and business development efforts, including proposals and bid defense support • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science field, or equivalent education/training combined with relevant clinical research experience • Minimum 4 years of experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment, preferably in Start-up Management, Project Management, and/or Site Management • Strong understanding of clinical trial start-up activities, regulatory processes, and global clinical research operations • Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines, FDA/EU Clinical Trial Directives, and applicable national regulatory requirements • Proven project management, organizational, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities • Ability to work independently • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Bachelor's degree alternative: equivalent education/training combined with relevant clinical research experience
