📋 Description

• Manage WWF’s Azure infrastructure across production and staging environments • Provision subscriptions and resources • Build and deploy Windows, SQL, Red Hat, and firewall virtual machines • Configure Microsoft Entra tenants and manage SSO through Azure Enterprise Apps • Maintain secure RBAC and user groups • Proactively patch systems • Use PowerShell and Graph API to automate Azure management and workflows • Design backup strategies and disaster recovery playbooks • Troubleshoot networking across VNETs, sites, and tenants • Manage firewalls, load balancers, DNS, Azure, and Cloudflare • Serve as the subject-matter expert for Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 issues • Lead projects end-to-end and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Support WWF-US and Country Offices across South America, Central America, Africa, and Asia • Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for critical outages and planned maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field • Minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 6 years of experience in IT • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish • Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT systems • Extensive hands-on experience managing highly available and resilient Azure production systems • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, cloud networking, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows and Linux servers • Proficient in managing Windows domains and Active Directory • Expertise in PowerShell and Graph API for Azure management, workflow automation, and deployment orchestration • Familiarity with provisioning and managing access for Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Foundry • Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents into enterprise Azure/M365 environments, including configuration and governance of data access controls • Significant expertise in building, deploying, and managing virtual machines in Azure from inception • Experience diagnosing complex cloud or hybrid system issues and developing scalable, sustainable solutions • Methodologies for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues • Enterprise-scale expertise across infrastructure, Azure cloud architecture, identity and access management with Entra ID, and AI-driven automation technologies • Skills in configuring Microsoft Entra tenants and domains, including DNS and VNET setup • Ability to multitask and navigate complex business and cloud environments • Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities • Commitment to inclusion and alignment with WWF’s core values • Must be currently based and authorized to work in Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Suriname, or Guyana • Must be legally authorized to work in the job's location • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship • Resumes and cover letters must be submitted in English
