📋 Description

• Architect and manage WWF’s Azure environment • Provision Azure subscriptions and resources • Build and deploy Windows, SQL, Red Hat, and firewall virtual machines in production and staging • Configure Microsoft Entra tenants and manage SSO through Azure Enterprise Apps • Maintain secure RBAC and user groups • Proactively patch systems • Automate Azure management using PowerShell and Graph API • Design backup strategies and disaster recovery playbooks • Troubleshoot networking across VNETs, sites, and tenants • Manage firewalls, load balancers, and Azure and Cloudflare DNS • Serve as the escalation expert for Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 issues • Lead projects end-to-end and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Perform occasional after-hours or weekend work for critical outages or planned maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field AND minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 6 years of experience in IT • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish • Currently based and authorized to work in Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Suriname, or Guyana • Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT systems • Extensive hands-on experience managing highly available and resilient Azure production systems • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, cloud networking, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows and Linux servers • Proficient in managing Windows domains and Active Directory • Expertise using PowerShell and Graph API for Azure management, workflow automation, and deployment orchestration • Familiarity with provisioning and managing access for Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Foundry • Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents into enterprise Azure/M365 environments, including data access-control configuration and governance • Significant expertise building, deploying, and managing Azure virtual machines from inception • History diagnosing complex cloud or hybrid system issues and developing scalable, sustainable solutions • Well-honed methodologies for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues • Enterprise-scale expertise across infrastructure, Azure cloud architecture, identity and access management with Entra ID, and AI-driven automation technologies • Skills configuring Microsoft Entra tenants and domains, including DNS and VNET setup • Commitment to building and strengthening a culture of inclusion • Alignment with WWF’s core values • Resumes and cover letters must be submitted in English • Legally authorized to work in the job's location; no employment visa sponsorship
