📋 Description

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit • Ensure the product remains powerful, scalable, easy to use, and ready for AI agents collaboration as well as for human • Manage five Product Managers across five teams • Ensure clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit • Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets • Contribute to building processes, tooling, and mindsets for AI-native R&D ways of working • Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers • Shape the foundational Wrike experience used by customers to manage work at scale • Influence product direction, customer value, and long-term competitiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders • Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management • Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction • Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership • Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers • Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences • Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area • Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows • Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex products vision • Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders
