📋 Description

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards • Ensure the location meets statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental requirements • Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service • Run the location day to day and supervise teams • Manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Act as the main point of contact for the school client • Recommend and implement adjustments and improvements • Communicate with the line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets • Support and train teams, ensure training completion and manage performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and/or ability to prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards • Compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures • Supervisory and team management capability • Ability to manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Ability to communicate with the client and line manager and monitor KPIs and financial targets • Ability to support and train teams and manage performance • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults • Enhanced DBS disclosure required for the role
