📋 Description

• Lead, monitor, and support the team of sales representatives across Brazil • Prospect, select, and onboard new representatives for strategic regions • Set objectives, track sales KPIs, and ensure the group achieves its commercial targets • Train the sales representative team on WTech Group’s product portfolio, processes, and sales strategies • Analyze competitors and market trends, proposing regional tactical initiatives • Accompany representatives in meetings and strategic negotiations with major clients when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing teams • Experience managing sales operations at the national level and using CRM tools • Ability to lead remotely, communicate assertively, and negotiate effectively • Willingness to travel frequently • Experience in the field, along with an educational background related to WTech’s business • University degree
