📋 Description

• Lead delivery of strategic digital initiatives within World Vision’s Delivery Centre of Excellence • Translate approved business investments into value-led, usable digital capabilities • Manage delivery from validated intent and requirements through build, quality assurance, release, and operational readiness • Orchestrate delivery across Business Analysis, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption • Manage dependencies, risks, key decisions, and delivery momentum • Integrate change and adoption activities into delivery plans, milestones, and timelines • Support readiness planning, including communications, training, and operational transition • Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate Steering Committees and delivery reviews • Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, forecasts, and resourcing plans • Manage project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and investment governance • Identify and resolve delivery, operational, and organisational risks and issues • Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and coordination • Apply Delivery Centre of Excellence standards, frameworks, and governance • Capture lessons learned and improve organisational delivery capability

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience, including at least 2–3 years managing IT projects or workstreams within complex delivery environments • Ability to lead delivery activities or workstream teams through moderately complex initiatives • Strong communication skills for conveying delivery status, risks, and dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience collaborating with business partners, delivery teams, and vendors • Understanding of organisational change and adoption, including implementation and transition into operations • Experience applying project standards, frameworks, and governance • Ability to support delivery across the project lifecycle • Broad exposure to enterprise IT landscapes including applications, integration, infrastructure, data, and cloud environments • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organisations and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams • Strong problem-solving capability with a structured approach to planning, risk management, and delivery governance • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline • Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) • Agile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, SAFe or equivalent) preferred • Change management certification (PROSCI or equivalent) desirable • Must be a local applicant • Successful applicant must affirm World Vision’s core documents and observe conduct compatible with Christian principles, where legally permissible
