📋 Description
• Beratung und Support von Neu- und Bestandskunden (remote/ vor Ort) inkl. Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Business Prozesse und Systeme (SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors) • Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Teil- und Projektverantwortung in Kundenprojekten • Entwicklung innovativer Lösungsvorschläge und die Umsetzung dieser im Rahmen umfassender Beratungsdienstleistungen • Aufnahme von Kundenanforderungen sowie kompetente Beratung und Trainings • Erstellung von fachlichen und technischen Konzepten • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops, Testphasen und Präsentationen • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau des Vertriebs
🎯 Requirements
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Beratung und Einführung von SAP HCM und SAP SuccessFactors • Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP ABAP, UI5 etc., sowie der Technologie und Architektur • Erfahrungen im Bereich Cloud-Lösungen (SAP BTP etc.) • Fundiertes Know-How in der Leitung von Teil-/Projekten • Interesse jeden Tag etwas Neues zu lernen • Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
