📋 Description

• Design and implement systems coordinating large language models with real-world tasks • Create prompting strategies and build orchestration layers • Deliver production-ready systems in TypeScript • Build LLM-powered software with prompt flows and orchestrations that provide strong performance without false positives • Architect and build a production-grade, testable, maintainable AI-powered software stack • Design experiments and evaluation frameworks for large-scale system performance testing • Conduct data analysis and draw conclusions • Collaborate with AI, Engineering, Security, frontend, and backend teams to create end-to-end systems • Own projects from ideation and experimentation through deployment and production monitoring • Research advances in LLMs to improve system performance and speed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building software around LLMs, including prompting, agentic orchestration, fault-tolerance, and integration of LLM components with hard-coded logic • Strong software engineering skills, including architecting and building reliable, maintainable, production-grade software • Experience with TypeScript or proven ability to learn a new programming language quickly • Strong structured and independently driven problem-solving skills • Ability to work with incomplete information and rapidly test hypotheses • Comfortable in a fast-paced, research-driven startup environment • Eager to own projects and learn as needed • MSc or equivalent or higher in computer science, mathematics, physics, or machine learning • Prior offensive security or security-sector experience (bonus) • Open-source contributions, particularly involving LLM applications or frameworks (bonus) • Strong theoretical background, such as a PhD in machine learning, computer science, or mathematics (bonus) • Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity (bonus)
