• Identify, source, and engage top talent to meet hiring needs • Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping. • Consult, brainstorm, and ideate on social and digital content to attract talent and enhance employer brand. • Engage with potential candidates in real-time across various social and professional platforms. • Utilize a combination of enterprise tools and social networks to engage potential talent. • Work cross-functionally with the Talent Sourcing and HR team to respond effectively to community discussions. • Channel candidate and market feedback into actionable insights to improve organizational processes.
• Education: Pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. • Interest: Curious learner in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Digital Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging and relevant content across platforms. • Results-Driven: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines. • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities; adaptable to changing priorities. • Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail. • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Information Technology and digital tools to support sourcing activities. • - Duration of Internship : Min of 3 months. Period to start will be from Late January 2026. • - Must possess valid residency status in Malaysia.
