📋 Description

• Build Solo’s talent management foundation following the combination of Solo, midocean and XD Connects • Grow performance and establish clear, differentiated performance expectations • Secure succession and conduct talent reviews • Develop current and future leaders • Build functional academies and develop critical business expertise • Create an integrated talent strategy covering performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development • Use data and business insight to identify current talent and future capability needs • Assess how automation and AI will reshape roles and teams • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment at scale • Build the employer brand • Develop campus recruitment, internship and trainee programs • Challenge hiring needs by evaluating whether to hire, develop, automate or redesign • Improve leadership pipelines, succession outcomes, retention of critical talent and organizational adaptability • Work directly with the executive team across a European organization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building talent management frameworks covering performance, succession and leadership development • Experience in a multi-entity or post-merger environment • Experience owning recruitment at scale, ideally in a growing or newly merged organization • Willingness to work hands-on as an individual contributor initially • Readiness to build and lead a team as the function grows • Confidence working with executive leadership and engaging stakeholders • Experience using AI tools for talent reviews, succession mapping, candidate sourcing and screening • Ability to work across cultures and languages • Experience working with French and Dutch teams • Builder mindset rather than maintainer mindset
