📋 Description

• Map HR systems across three legacy companies • Create a consolidated HR technology roadmap • Lead implementation and migration of HRIS, payroll integrations, performance, talent and recruitment systems • Build scalable HR technology solutions for the new organization • Gather input from HR colleagues, managers and employees • Identify opportunities for AI in recruitment, onboarding, people analytics and employee self-service • Monitor the HR technology market and introduce effective solutions • Own HR data quality, integration and governance • Build dashboards and reporting for HR and leadership • Collaborate with IT, Finance and HR leads in Talent Management, Engagement & Internal Communications, and Change Management • Manage external vendors and systems partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selecting and implementing HR systems • Experience ideally in a multi-entity or post-merger environment • Strong data and systems integration skills • Ability to bridge HR and IT • Ability to translate business needs into technology choices • Knowledge of the HR technology market and current trends • Ability to build scalable solutions from day one • Experience using AI in HR technology or related work • Ability to work across cultures and languages with French and Dutch teams • Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-growing organization is a plus • Builder mindset rather than maintainer mindset
