📋 Description

• Support and assist participants throughout the entire seminar, particularly during practical exercises and work phases • Answer subject-matter questions and provide individualized support to help participants apply what they have learned to their day-to-day work • Assess participants’ learning progress and provide constructive, subject-specific feedback on their results and development • Further develop seminar content through original ideas, practical experience, and subject-matter expertise • Prepare and regularly update course materials • Integrate current developments, tools, and practical examples from AI applications into the training • Independently deliver advanced live seminars for working professionals • Teach practical AI skills for specific business functions, covering everything from fundamentals and suitable tools and methods to integration into existing workflows • Support participants in using AI effectively in their existing roles and advancing their careers

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, design, business, or communications) and/or a recognized trainer certification • Demonstrated experience as a trainer in applying AI in marketing, design, or business contexts • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific opportunities, challenges, and legal and ethical considerations related to the use of AI in these fields • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Expertise in relevant, widely used AI tools that can be integrated into the target audience’s day-to-day work and deliver genuine value • Strong instructional skills and experience designing interactive learning methods • Fluency in German and English
