📋 Description

• Create high-quality illustrations for the Happy Color app in various stylistic directions • Create and visualize stories and characters • Create captivating stories and illustration series for a wide audience • Help take the visual quality of the Happy Color app to the next level

🎯 Requirements

• More than three years of commercial experience in the field of 2D illustrations • Knowledge of 2D packages: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator • Deep knowledge of human anatomy and proportions • Experience as a character concept artist • Deep understanding of composition, light, color, form, structure and perspective • Clear understanding of stylistic subtleties and ability to switch between different styles • Visual taste and broad cultural and professional outlook • Strong independent research skills, including ability to explore new topics and source relevant real-world references • Good eye for spotting visual and logical inconsistencies and ability to propose well-reasoned solutions • Russian language - Upper Intermediate • Skills in creating line art illustrations • Ability to work in a team and willingness to accept constructive criticism and feedback • Experience in book illustration and cover art is a plus • Experience creating illustrations for encyclopedias and educational publications is a plus • Experience in technical illustration is a plus • Experience in tattoo art is a plus • Experience in comics and magazine illustration is a plus • Portfolio including hand-drawn sketches, personal original work, anatomy studies, work demonstrating command of color, lighting and volume, line art examples, and preferably projects carried from initial sketch and concept to final piece
