📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Develop and customize functionality using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs • Design and implement backend APIs, data structures, and integrations • Troubleshoot issues across ServiceNow content pipelines • Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams in Agile/Scrum environments • Support platform enhancements related to AI experiences or ITX/Technology workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of overall IT experience • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform • 6–10 years of total experience in software or platform development • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Tech Leads) or 5–7 years (Mid-level) • Strong proficiency in JavaScript • Solid experience with Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) • Strong platform troubleshooting and debugging skills • Advanced English for professional communication • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
