📋 Description

• Own project delivery end-to-end, leading post-sale website build projects from kickoff to launch with minimal daily oversight • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned manufacturing clients, run client meetings, deliver weekly status updates, and translate client input into internal direction • Manage project resourcing and coordinate with department heads to secure design and development resources • Protect project scope and margin by flagging scope creep, discussing scope solutions with clients, and communicating contract adjustments with sales partners • Author and maintain project schedules, creative briefs, and functional requirements • Coordinate quality assurance and risk mitigation with QA to ensure deliverables meet standards and resolve risks before they affect timelines • Decode client intent and determine underlying business needs for internal teams • Analyze and address user experience deficiencies through advice on content organization, navigation, calls to action, and module layouts • Guide projects toward sound solutions by gathering feedback, offering real-time resolutions, and relaying feedback to production teams • Coordinate across projects with Senior PMs and Digital Marketing Managers on enterprise accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Practical understanding of website functionality, including minor edits in WordPress or HubSpot • Project management experience • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with varying complexity • Strong critical thinking and adaptability under changing project conditions • Ability to decode ambiguous client requests, translate them for internal teams, and propose in-scope alternatives • Working understanding of B2B user experience principles in digital environments • Comfortable asking clarifying, non-jargon questions of clients • Proficiency with Asana or comparable project management software and Google Workspace • Comfortable working with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack • Nice to have: prior digital or marketing agency experience in a client-facing delivery role • Nice to have: CAPM or PMP certification • Nice to have: hands-on WordPress administration beyond basic content edits • Nice to have: exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B clients • Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini or Claude
