📋 Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Quest Platform • Create and manage new quests within the platform, acting as its primary advocate • Oversee quest UI implementation • Define and track key product metrics (engagement, completion rates, retention impact) • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration with Web Shop, Xsolla Player, Cloud Gaming, and future products • Continuously optimize quest experiences based on data and user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager working on engagement, gamification, or loyalty products • Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems (mobile, PC, console) • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs • Nice to Have: Engineering background • Nice to Have: Background in mobile gaming or game studios • Nice to Have: Experience with loyalty programs, gamification, or rewards systems • Nice to Have: Experience building platform products that integrate across multiple services
