📋 Description

• Work in a Scrum environment with a strong focus on effective team collaboration • Develop multiple products and build a wide range of functionalities • Develop high-performance systems processing massive data volumes with minimal latency • Focus on high availability and scalability supporting investments made by users worldwide • Design, implement, and evolve Java-based microservices • Translate business analysis into concrete technical solutions • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery • Maintain clean, testable code aligned with best practices and system architecture • Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization • Collaborate with an experienced team toward shared goals

• Strong Experience in building Java-based microservices - hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and evolving microservices, with an understanding of scalability and performance challenges • Ability to deliver according to requirements - translating business analysis into concrete technical solutions while ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines • Ownership and proactivity - taking responsibility for assigned tasks, identifying risks, and proposing solutions to ensure successful project delivery • Commitment to code quality - adhering to the highest engineering standards, focusing on clean, testable code and alignment with best practices and system architecture • Active contribution to project development - engaging in continuous improvement and optimization, proposing innovative solutions, and collaborating closely with the team toward shared goals • Experience in effective communication and collaboration with an experienced team - comfortable working with professionals with strong expertise, building productive working relationships, and aligning on goals and decisions within a mature team environment
