📋 Description

• Work in a Scrum environment with a strong focus on effective team collaboration • Develop multiple products and build a wide range of functionalities • Build and operate high-performance systems processing massive data volumes with minimal latency • Contribute to highly available and scalable systems supporting users’ investments worldwide • Design, implement, and evolve Java-based microservices • Translate business analysis into concrete technical solutions while meeting requirements and deadlines • Take ownership of assigned tasks, identify risks, and propose solutions • Maintain clean, testable code aligned with engineering standards and system architecture • Continuously improve and optimize projects, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building Java-based microservices • Hands-on expertise designing, implementing, and evolving microservices • Understanding of scalability and performance challenges • Ability to translate business analysis into concrete technical solutions • Ability to deliver according to requirements and deadlines • Ownership of assigned tasks, risk identification, and solution proposal • Commitment to clean, testable code and engineering best practices • Alignment with system architecture • Active contribution to project development, continuous improvement, and optimization • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within an experienced, mature team
