📋 Description

• Support assigned day-to-day production tasks for the Coupa Source-to-Pay system • Use deep business process knowledge to identify and propose process efficiencies • Configure the S2P system for new process requests and requirements • Implement efficient, effective, and user-friendly S2P processes • Resolve escalated issues related to configured S2P processes • Review major release notes and assess deltas and impacts • Produce, maintain, and conduct user acceptance, regression, and defect-resolution testing • Partner with Integration teams supporting S2P integrations with interfacing systems • Perform ongoing day-to-day system support • Improve usability to promote user adoption • Provide first-contact resolution for user questions and issues • Support requirements gathering, enhancement requests, and defect resolution • Document needs and help define practical solutions • Support Source-to-Pay functions including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitioning, sourcing, invoicing, and payables • Build positive relationships with key business stakeholders • Maintain relationships with regional S2P super users • Influence upstream and downstream processes with executive leaders, peers, and suppliers • Write, maintain, and support reports and queries • Run queries, analyze data, and help maintain system data integrity • Develop standard reports and ad hoc queries • Perform mass Coupa data updates through Postman APIs • Prioritize and escalate issues for prompt resolution • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Coupa and ERP and master data systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms such as leading ERP S2P modules, Coupa, Ariba, Catalyst, or Smart by GEP as a technical owner, implementer, or system administrator • Coupa experience mandatory • Strong functional knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes • Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines • Experience troubleshooting system issues and working with other groups to prioritize and resolve issues • Experience in ServiceNow, SAP, Iscala, or Navision is good to have • Experience in process improvement • Fluency in Excel, Word, etc. • Experience with APIs with Coupa is a plus • Sound critical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to act as a liaison between internal associates and external suppliers to resolve concerns • Fluent in English • Familiarity with compliance and governance controls • Finance and/or Procurement background preferred • Experience supporting a multi-system landscape preferred • BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, or IT with 8+ years of equivalent work experience in Coupa administration
