📋 Description

• Support Personnel Department activities • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes • Support payroll activities • Manage eSocial requests and compliance obligations • Perform labor and social security calculations • Serve clients and meet internal, client, and statutory deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management • At least 6 months of experience in Personnel Department activities • Advanced English proficiency • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities • Excellent organization and ability to manage internal, client, and statutory deadlines • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and eSocial processes • Knowledge of labor and social security calculations • Familiarity with handling eSocial requests and compliance obligations
