It combines an applicant tracking system with a decision-guidance methodology (described as a 'GPS'), AI-driven candidate analysis and matching, automated communications (WhatsApp, email, SMS), real-time dashboards and reports, and optional consulting/auditing services to optimize hiring and candidate experience.

📋 Description

• Work across Product Operations and Delivery. • Organize and track multiple requests and workstreams. • Work with metrics and conduct analyses. • Collaborate across different teams and follow topics through to completion. • Identify issues, engage the appropriate owners, and ensure progress and closure of work cycles. • Use management tools and generative Artificial Intelligence for analysis, organization, automation, and productivity. • Support activities related to product, technology, projects, operations, and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Product, Technology, Project Management, Operations, Delivery, or related areas. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple requests and workstreams. • Analytical mindset and ease working with metrics. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams. • Proactive approach to identifying issues, engaging the appropriate owners, and driving topics forward. • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership. • Ability to follow topics through to completion, ensuring that work cycles are effectively closed. • Familiarity with management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Linear, ClickUp, or similar platforms. • Interest in understanding the product, technology, and business context behind requests. • Familiarity with generative Artificial Intelligence tools and the ability to use them practically in day-to-day work for analysis, organization, automation, and productivity. • High school diploma. • Preferred qualifications: experience at SaaS or technology companies; experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineering teams; knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development processes; experience with user acceptance testing and software quality; knowledge of BI or data analysis tools; experience with Product Analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or Hotjar; previous experience in Product Operations; experience with automations, AI agents, no-code or low-code tools, or integrations using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Lovable, or similar tools.
