📋 Description

• Perform collection and credit management activities • Issue invoices and tax receipts • Close monthly turnover periods • Operate and manage U.S. banking processes • Use financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms • Apply advanced Excel skills to financial analysis and operations • Negotiate and resolve collection-related conflicts • Meet performance targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Support accounting, legal, and consulting operations in international markets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field; candidates currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas are also welcome • Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts • At least 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, including at least 2 years in a senior analyst role • Hands-on experience with month-end closing and turnover-period close processes • Strong results orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive and autonomous approach to task execution • Advanced Excel skills • Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills • Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms • Knowledge of U.S. banking operations • Advanced English proficiency • Strong organizational skills • Autonomy and a sense of urgency when meeting deadlines • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment • Fast learner with a dynamic personality
