📋 Description

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP IBP and/or APO modules, including Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Inventory • Monitor planning runs, resolve incidents, and manage tickets within SLAs • Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes and minor enhancements • Support integrations involving SAP ECC/S4HANA and CPI/CI-DS, including data issues • Coordinate with business users, partner teams, and stakeholders • Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years hands-on SAP APO configuration experience (DP, SNP, PP/DS) or SAP IBP experience (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP) • At least 1 full lifecycle APO and/or IBP implementation • Expertise in statistical forecasting, SNP heuristics/optimization, PP/DS detailed scheduling, supply heuristics, and inventory optimization • 8+ years of experience in SAP IBP and/or APO • Hands-on AMS/support experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes • Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup • Willingness to travel occasionally
