📋 Description

• Lead a small team of analysts embedded in product squads • Serve as the hands-on analyst for Monetization • Handle tracking for new features, conversion-funnel experiments, and squad reporting • Set an example for analytical problem-solving and technical work • Define and enforce data quality testing across ingestion, transformation, reporting, and anomaly detection • Move data-quality ownership upstream to teams producing the data • Own the path from raw event data to curated datasets in the self-service BI tool • Develop the strategy for how product managers and engineering managers use data in decision-making • Help the Monetization team optimize conversion and revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an analyst inside a mobile product squad, including event tracking, funnel analysis, user journey analysis, experimentation, release cycles, and legacy app versions • Experience managing analysts while remaining hands-on • Strong experimentation background, including A/B tests, bandits, quasi-experiments, and Bayesian and frequentist approaches • Experience building a data quality regime and reconciling data issues • Strong SQL skills and Python experience • Experience with dbt for data transformation • Experience with cloud warehouses, dbt, and an experimentation platform • English-language CV required; English is the company language • Bonus: subscription business experience, including App Store and Google Play gateway SDKs • Bonus: strong statistics background • Bonus: Dagster or Airflow experience • Bonus: experience with data catalogues such as DataHub
