📋 Description

• Enter high-volume accounting data into NetSuite with accuracy (bills, invoices, transactions) • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Assist with bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies • Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for all transactions • Ensure correct coding of transactions to properly reflect in financial reports • Assist with month-end close activities as assigned • Communicate clearly with internal teams and occasionally with vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience (bookkeeping, AP/AR, staff accountant roles) • Working knowledge of how transactions impact income statements and balance sheets • Proven attention to detail and high standards for accuracy • Ability to thrive in repeatable, structured workflows • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) • Must be able to work U.S. Central Time hours consistently • Experience using NetSuite (strongly preferred) • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies • Background in construction, restoration, or project-based accounting
