📋 Description

• Manage and independently oversee key grocery retail customers in the regional sales territory covering Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Pforzheim, and Göppingen • Identify growth opportunities and maximize sales potential • Monitor and optimize shelf placements • Expand product distribution • Implement agreed promotions and secondary placements • Collaborate with store managers, department managers, and business owners • Serve as the primary contact for the assigned customer base • Plan and conduct customer visits • Maintain the CRM system and ensure accurate documentation • Manage the territory and customer relationships holistically • Conduct competitor analyses during store visits • Attend trade fairs and industry events and represent yfood

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a retail sales specialist, or a completed degree with a focus on sales • Several years of professional experience in grocery retail • Ideally, experience in FMCG field sales • Confident presence and excellent communication skills • Ability to present well-founded commercial and business arguments • Engaging and dynamic personality • Assertiveness and problem-solving skills • High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality • Strong customer and service orientation • Willingness to travel extensively • Willingness to stay overnight in hotels • Category B driving licence
