📋 Description

• Build and launch lifecycle outputs in Klaviyo, following the master brief to ensure every campaign is correctly set up, rigorously QA’d, and functionally perfect. • Write Copy with AI Speed: Draft compelling email and SMS copy and leverage modern AI tools to brainstorm high-converting subject lines, preview text, hooks, and CTA variations for each workflow phase. • Empower our design team by providing clear inputs and realistic deadlines, maintaining a balanced workload that allows for high-quality, high-momentum execution. • Own our ClickUp workspace. You’ll make sure everything is always kept up to date, and every delivery item is sent on time and up to our strict quality standards. • Run day-to-day internal and client communications. • Monitor execution results against client KPIs. Support in reporting and help identify performance patterns or technical opportunities to share with the Senior Strategist to ensure our work continuously improves.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Systems, or a related field; CRM or Project Management certifications are a strong plus. • Experience: 0-1 years in email/SMS lifecycle marketing (agency or in-house). • Hands-on experience building and QA’ing campaigns in Klaviyo (or equivalent) and navigating Shopify ecosystems. • Ability to manage complex workflows, deadlines, and dependencies within ClickUp or similar project management tools. • Exceptional attention to detail for technical execution, clear communication for client/internal alignment, and the ability to analyze performance metrics. • Bonus Points: Familiarity with subscription platforms (Recharge/Skio), loyalty tools (LoyaltyLion), or advanced retention tech like PostPilot or Octane AI.
