📋 Description

• Own end-to-end creative delivery for an assigned client account • Remain hands-on in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva • Set and maintain the creative quality bar for brand consistency and platform-ready polish • Create video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Create designs for social media, decks, collateral, and infographics • Mentor junior Creators as a senior peer • Flag scope or timeline risks before they become client problems • Own the account's creative direction and output

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience across graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, and/or creative direction • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, plus Figma and Canva • Portfolio showing range across video and design • Real evidence of mentoring, directing, or elevating other creatives' work • Comfortable owning an account's creative output with minimal oversight
