📋 Description

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies • Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics to support business decisions • Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals • Design and build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and similar tools • Automate recurring reporting for product, marketing, and operations departments • Deliver insights through clear and actionable visualizations • Translate data findings into business recommendations • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to define analytical needs • Support strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in BI, Data Analysis, or a related field • Proven experience building dashboards and reports for business use • Strong SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and CTEs • Experience with Tableau and Power BI • Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes • Solid Excel/Sheets skills for quick analysis • English proficiency at B2+ level • Familiarity with Python/R and cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake is a plus • Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs and funnels • Able to turn data into actionable insights • Comfortable presenting results to non-technical teams • Business-oriented with attention to accuracy
