📋 Description

• Analyze requirements from regulations, standards and customers and ensure fulfillment through traceability • Contribute to the definition and alignment of the underlying cybersecurity requirements engineering concept • Perform cybersecurity requirements engineering, including specifying, reviewing, analyzing and tracing requirements • Collaborate with and train various departments and developers • Drive the rollout of cybersecurity processes and activities across the organization • Support compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practices • Train the organization on requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes • Address new issues and help drive effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in OT or product security • Experience in performing cybersecurity requirements engineering in OT or product security • Skills in using requirements engineering tools like Polarion, MagicDraw or DOORS • Experience with defining, rolling out and training cybersecurity processes in an enterprise organization • Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and standards, including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper and ISO27001 • Ability to drive topics continuously and sustainably • Proficient in English • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, iterative planning and backlog management
