• Lead outward facing data sharing and Consortium Management activities • Provide regulatory and technical guidance and support to industry in the context of global data sharing requirements, notably EU REACH, UK REACH, Turkey KKDIK • Prepare and project manage all aspects of data sharing including: accounting, contracts, Testing Proposals, SEv and Dev,, negotiation and sales • Work in close cooperation with financial, commercial and technical colleagues across the Group • Provide effective and efficient communication with colleagues, clients, other stakeholders, international Partners and the regulatory authorities.
• Strong commercial acumen with a regulatory background • At least 3 years of experience as a consortium manager or regulatory affairs consultant working with international chemical regulations, especially REACH • Degree in related discipline (i.e. finance and accounting, chemistry, environmental sciences etc.) • Excellent negotiator skills • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to successfully manage a fluctuating workload and work well under pressure • Self-starter, good at working well on your own and using your initiative • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages would be an advantage
