📋 Description

• Develop a cross-platform content strategy for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok • Plan, coordinate, and optimize the content calendar • Design campaigns, recurring series, and scalable content formats • Analyze performance data and derive specific optimization measures • Conduct A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats • Identify trends early and translate them into high-performing content ideas • Work closely with the Video Editor and strategically direct content production • Develop engagement and community strategies • Define clear growth targets and track progress toward achieving them • Take responsibility for expanding social media into a measurable growth channel for personal brands in the trading and finance sectors

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable success in social media management, ideally in the educational, trading, or finance sectors • Growth mindset with a focus on KPIs, conversion, retention, and scalability • Strategic understanding of the algorithms behind Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics • Ability to develop viral ideas with a clear strategic objective • Independent, organized, and responsible approach to work • Basic knowledge of trading and financial markets • Willingness to base decisions on performance metrics • Ability to independently manage social media channels
