📋 Description

• Identify relevant topics regularly and develop unconventional connections to Bitcoin and the financial markets • Develop ideas with title suggestions and reference thumbnails • Respond quickly to current events and publish news videos promptly • Research Reel ideas that perform well with similar creators • Write complete, retention-optimized scripts for long-form YouTube videos, from the intro through the final chapter • Develop hooks and value propositions • Structure videos into three to four chapters with steadily building tension • Write trading videos covering strategies and fundamentals • Create short-form content and posts for X (Twitter) • Ensure a recognizable personal brand across all formats • Explain complex crypto and trading topics clearly and without making profit promises • When needed, summarize morning market updates based on news, X, and on-chain data • Brief the editing and motion team on required charts, screenshots, and animations • Use AI tools for research and increased efficiency, while independently reviewing and refining their output

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience writing scripts for long-form YouTube videos, with two to three work samples available • Ability to explain your own contribution and a video's structure • Understanding of storytelling structure, hooks, question sequencing, information impact, and audience retention • Ability to improve scripts purposefully and identify unnecessary length • Independent research of complex topics, source verification, and clear separation of facts, allegations, and personal analysis • Foundational knowledge of crypto and financial markets, along with the ability to contextualize current news • Ability to develop topics independently and identify unconventional angles • Native-level, error-free German • Understanding of how to prepare content for YouTube, Shorts, and X (Twitter) • Ability to reliably coordinate the planning and publication of social media content • Self-directed working style, constructive approach to feedback, and reliable adherence to agreements • Availability for occasional coordination in the evening, German time
