📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience and high-quality service delivery • Ensure service delivery in accordance with contractually agreed SLAs • Monitor, report on, and analyze KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction • Manage service-related financial metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control • Oversee the implementation of change requests, including test coordination, deployments, and system adjustments within the payroll platform • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and compliance standards • Lead automation initiatives, such as RPA • Support transition activities between nearshore and offshore teams • Identify additional cost optimization opportunities • Foster collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to ensure integrated service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field • Professional experience with SAP and/or payroll • Experience with SAP HCM, global payroll, and partner management • Understanding of HR administration and payroll processing • Experience in outsourcing HR, finance, IT, or other business processes • Fluent German and very good English skills • Strong customer relationship management and process optimization skills • Strong business and service orientation, analytical mindset, and customer focus
